NRHA seeks nominations for volunteer leaders

ballotNRHA is currently seeking volunteers for leadership positions within its Board of Trustees and Rural Health Congress and soliciting nominations for several NRHA leadership positions that will begin in 2015. Nominating a colleague, serving a term and and voting for NRHA leaders are privileges for dues-paying members. Nomination forms must be completed by Sept. 16.

Multicultural conference moves; call for presentations now open

MicrophoneNRHA’s Multicultural and Multiracial Health Conference will be April 14, just before NRHA’s 38th Annual Rural Health Conference in Philadelphia. It is one of the only meetings in the nation to focus on rural multiracial and multicultural health issues. Session proposals for the multicultural event and original research for the Annual Conference are due by Sept. 30.
