Rural ACO Summit

Monday, February 2

8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

No cost, but registration is required. (Lunch is included.)

This free educational conference, sponsored by the National Rural ACO Consortium, will bring together experienced 2012-2014 rural ACO's, 2015 participants and potential applicants for the 2016 Program. Attendees will learn from the experience of early adopters, the basics of participation and about the new ACO Investment Model that can provide forgivable loans to fund the transformation of rural health systems.
