Rural Quality and Clinical Conference

NRHA’s Rural Quality and Clinical Conference is an interactive event for rural clinicians and nurses practicing on the frontlines of rural health care, quality and performance improvement organizations and coordinators, and students.

Call for presentations

Submission deadline: Dec. 15, 2016
Poster submission deadline: March 30, 2017 

Submission and general Information:
1.      Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
2.      Please specify session format and topic.
3.      A letter of acceptance will be emailed by early February for concurrent sessions and mid-May for poster presentations. 
4.      Presenters may not use any conference presentation to market products or services; exhibit tables are available for that purpose.
5.      If accepted, presenters must register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fee. In addition, no honoraria or travel expense reimbursement will be provided for any presenter submitting through the "call for presentations.” 

Fill out a submission form in order to be considered for a session at NRHA's 2017 Rural Quality and Clinical Conference. Presentations not submitted through this form will not be considered. Please contact Laura Hudson at 202-639-0550 with questions.

    ‚ÄčTravel support award (scholarship) applications for the Rural Quality and Clinical Conference will be available soon. Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be awarded travel support funding (scholarships) on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds have been committed.

    The travel allowances (scholarships) are in the set amount of $1,000.

    SRHA Leadership Conference rates
    The NRHA-sponsored State Rural Health Association Leadership (formerly known as the Skill-Building Workshop) provides an opportunity for state rural health association leaders to learn from each other and develop skills for achieving the goals of their own state association.

    $189 for member or non-member

    After June 15
    $239 for member or non-member
