Membership dues: Based on total number of employees

Organizational membership is designed to support hospitals, rural and community health centers, health systems and state and federal agencies. Membership dues are based on the total number of individuals employed by the health care facility.

  Employees Dues
  25 or fewer employees (Level 1) = up     to 5 staff receive member benefits $675
  26 to 100 employees (Level 2) = up to   9 staff receive member benefits $1,225
  More than 100 employees (Level 3) =     up to 15 staff receive member benefits $2,025
